West Friendly Avenue NCO  

The West Friendly Avenue NCO was adopted on October 15, 2024. Residents along this corridor initiated this NCO process to maintain the setting visible from the avenue and sidewalks as the area changes in the future. The NCO includes adjustments to the front and side setbacks, building and orientation, and tree preservation in a portion of front yards during new construction.

Westridge NCO 

The Westridge neighborhood is defined by large lots, generous setbacks, and dense tree coverage. The Westridge Neighborhood Association began its NCO planning process in summer 2007. The NCO Plan and NCO District were adopted by City Council in June 2008.
