Regular meetings of the Board of Adjustment are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber, second floor, Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St.

The application deadline for variances, special exceptions and appeals of interpretations is 30 days prior to the meeting. The application deadline for special use permits is 45 days prior to the meeting. The appeal deadline is 30 days after the Board of Adjustment meeting.

Paper copies of all agendas and minutes are also available for public viewing in the Planning Department Mondays through Fridays between 8 am and 5 pm.
