Board of Adjustment (BOA) Meetings
The Greensboro Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body responsible for hearing and deciding appeals, variance requests, special exceptions, interpretations of zoning regulations, and Special Use Permits. Review the meeting schedule, agendas and minutes.
Central Gateway Corridor Partnership
This group, created in 2010, provided citizen oversight for implementation of the Central Gateway Corridor Plan. The partnership met on the fourth Wednesday of each month, but has since been discontinued.
Greensboro Housing Development Partnership (GHDP) Meetings
GHDP is a joint endeavor of the City and the Greensboro Housing Authority, created to accomplish specific affordable housing program activities.

This committee reviews, advises, and recommends revisions to the Landscape and Tree Conservation Ordinance so it more effectively meets the City's goals.
Planning and Zoning Commission Meetings
Planning and Zoning Commission hears and decides requests for amendments to the City's official Zoning Map, annexations, street closings, and Land Development Ordinance text amendments. Planning Board Meetings
Prior to September 1, 2020, the Greensboro Planning Board studied the needs and resources of Greensboro and plans for its appropriate development. Review current year meeting minutes and archived minutes. Since September 1, 2020, the duties of the Planning Board have been transferred to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Technical Review Committee.
Redevelopment Commission of Greensboro (RCG) Meetings
RCG conducts studies, formulates plans, and implements redevelopment projects for blighted areas within the city. Review meeting agendas, minutes and annual reports.
Technical Review Committee (TRC) Meetings / Development Services
The TRC is a group of City staff members responsible for approval of various technical development review functions. The duties of the TRC also include final approval authority for easement releases. Review meeting agendas and view a list of plans approved by the TRC.
