Spreading holiday cheer and going green by donating gently used and new toys to families in need.

Toy Drive Information: This year the toy drive will run November 11 through December 6. During this time, new and gently used toys will be accepted. Residents can donate new and used toys for children 6 months to 13 years old. See Toy Giving Guidelines below for items we collect. Also, see Drop Off Locations for sites to bring your toys.

Browse the GYC Santa's Workshop Wishlist on Amazon to pick and purchase a toy or toys for that will be shipped directly to the GYC Office. It's that easy and you'll have the receipt for your donation. You can also purchase one from a local store and drop off at any of our collection sites.

Monetary donations are also accepted to purchase new toys. Click here to make a donation online. You can also mail a donation to: Greensboro Youth Council, Attn: Santa's Workshop, PO Box 3136, Greensboro, NC 27402.

Who: Santa's Workshop has been assisting Greensboro families in need for more than 40 years. The Greensboro Youth Council (GYC) partners with local agencies to collect and distribute toys to Greensboro families during the holiday season. Used toys are cleaned by community volunteers. Families must be referred to GYC by an approved agency to be able to receive toys from the Santa's Workshop program.
