About our Installation Contractor

Concord Utility Services technicians perform the City's upgrades from 8 am to 5 pm Mondays through Fridays and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays as needed.    

You will be notified in advance about your upgrade via mail, email and/or phone. You do not need to be home for this service. Concord technicians will leave a door hanger after they have completed your upgrade.

The company, founded in 2006, has upgraded 2.5-million meters and communications endpoints for more than 150 projects across the US for local governments, water districts, and utility companies.

Concord maintains six offices in the west, southwest and southeast. Its local office is in Winston-Salem.

How to recognize Concord technicians:

• By their vehicles, which show the company logo as well as the City's logo.
• By their uniforms.
• By their ID badges.
