The Parking Operations Division offers meter, validation, valet parking in the Center Business District in downtown.

Meter Leasing

Parking meters are available to be leased daily for business or an event, with prior approval from Parking Enforcement. The cost is $10 per day per meter. E-mail your name, business name and address, phone number, street address for the desired meters and number of spaces needed. Validation Program 

Validation parking program let businesses offer customers free or discounted parking for business associates, visitors, and vendors. Once purchased, the validated parking can be used at the owner’s discretion.

Validation parking can be purchased at the Eugene Parking Deck.

Valet Parking

Businesses may apply to operate a valet parking operation in the public right-of-way. There are established valet parking zones in the Central Business District.

Applications for new zones are evaluated as to location and proximity to other valet parking zones.
