If the officer investigating your case advised you to seek a warrant, you may do so by appearing before a Guilford County Criminal Magistrate located at 201 S. Edgeworth St. The phone number is 336-412-7870. The office is open 24 hours a day.

The Guilford County Courthouse is located at 201 S. Eugene St. The District Attorney’s office is located on the 4th floor of the Courthouse and is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Contact number is 336-412-7600.
