Operational Support Division

The Operational Support Division provides a broad range of services that support the overall service mission of the Greensboro Police. The work units assigned to this division are engaged in educational, outreach, and service activities. 

Special Operations Division

The Special Operations Division assists patrol officers by providing services in traffic safety, crash investigations, special events planning, homeland security, and special teams.

Information Services Division

The Information Services Division includes Watch Operations Center, Telephone Response Unit, Crime Analysts Section and Records Management. This division leads a range of complex projects such as staffing analysis, patrol response, strategic planning and crime mapping.
