Landscaping / Tree Conservation Plans Landscaping plans can be done as part of Site Plan Review or separately, but must be done prior to the installation of plant material. If done separately from Site Plan Review, there is an additional review fee. The Planning Department's Urban Forestry staff reviews and inspects development sites during and after construction to ensure they are and remain in compliance with the tree conservation ordinance and landscaping ordinance. |

Special Use Permits are also reviewed by the Board of Adjustment following submission of a special use permit application and fee.
