2023 Health Rewards Wellness Program

The City of Greensboro Benefits Team is committed to establishing a unique culture of wellness that encourages healthy lifestyles and enhances personal well-being across multiple dimensions of wellness, including physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, and occupational environment wellness. Employees enrolled in the City's United Health Care Plan are eligible to participate in the Health Rewards Wellness Program. By completing the activities required for the wellness program, employees can receive up to $160 in gift cards and eight hours of Paid Time Off (PTO). 

Activities range from financial wellness webinars/classes, free gym access, virtual yoga, weekly virtual aerobic and strength exercise classes, meditation sessions, and more.
