About

Parks and Recreation offers summer sports clinics to introduce new sports and provide skill develop for children and teens 6-12 and 10-18.  Athletics will be offering field hockey, pickleball, lacrosse, disc golf, and golf clinics this summer. Greensboro Sportsplex will offer children's basketball, volleyball and soccer.

2024 Sessions

Youth DiscGolf Clinic – Learn the fundamentals of disc golf. Each participant will receive their own disc to use during clinics and to take home. Register online.

Youth Lacrosse Clinic - Learn the fundamentals of lacrosse. Each participant will receive their own lacrosse stick to use during clinics and to take home. Register online.

Youth Golf Clinic – Learn the fundamentals of playing golf. Each participant will receive golf accessories they can use on the course and take home. Register online.

Youth Field Hockey Clinic - Participants will learn the fundamentals of field hockey and develop skills alongside their peers and knowledgeable instructors. Register online.

Youth Pickleball Clinic – Learn the fundamentals of pickleball. Each participant will receive their own paddle to use during the clinic and to take home. Register online.

Kid's Basketball Clinic - This fundamentals training will prepare participants for on and off court action. Clinic encourage participation, enhance self-esteem and keep kids entertained while practicing skills and learning healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Register online.
