Nestled in the trees on 109 acres of parkland, the Barber Park Event Center is an elegant, modern location for your wedding, reception, corporate event, meeting or private party for up to 200 guests.

  • Rental hours from 8 am to midnight, seven days a week
  • 3,000-square foot multi-purpose room that can be divided in half for smaller events for a more intimate feel.
  • The space can accommodate up to 200 seated guests banquet-style at rectangular tables or up to 180 at round tables.
  • Lobby, exhibit hall, and outdoor patio available for cocktail hours and welcome receptions
  • Private resource room for bridal suite or green room
  • Use of tables and chairs at no additional cost includes:
    • 72-inch round tables (18)
    • 6-foot rectangle tables (20)
    • 8-foot rectangle tables (30)
    • Highboy cocktail tables (6)
    • Banquet chairs (200)
  • Gas fireplace with stone surround in exhibit hall
  • Vendors and caterers of your choice are welcome.
  • Modern catering kitchen with ample counter space and convenient side entry is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, and coffee maker.
  • Alcohol is allowed at the facility with proper ABC permits. Additional fees apply.
  • Event hosts during rental time
  • (2) 60-inch televisions are available for an additional fee.
  • Podium with sound is available for an additional fee.

Rates

Rental rates are by the hour and should encompass set-up and breakdown time. Rental minimums apply as noted below in the  hourly rental fees. Discounted weekday rates and packages are available.  Please view our Facility Rental Guidelines for additional pricing information or fill out a reservation request to receive a personalized quote for your event and to check facility availability.  For events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays hourly rates are only available when booked within six months of the event date, otherwise a full day 12 hour package is required when the event is more than six months out. Rates displayed reflect the discounted City resident rate.

Hourly Rental Fees 

  • Monday through Thursday: $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Friday and Saturday: $150 per hour (4 hour minimum)
  • Sunday: $125 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Event Packages

  • Friday Evening Package (5 pm to midnight): $875
  • Weekend Event: 12-hour bookings $1,500
