Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday, 2-9 pm
Membership: $40 per calendar year per person
Features and Amenities: Membership for training is open to all residents 12 years old and older. No boxing experience is required. The boxing club also serves as a fitness gym and is used for conditioning by all members. Everyone is encouraged to join! 

The Coaches at the Al Lowe Boxing Club are all sanctioned by the United States Amateur Boxing Inc. Members of the boxing team compete in regional and national amateur and professional matches. A qualified coach is on site at all times.

What's Happening at the Coach Al Lowe Boxing Club at Lindley Recreation Center:

• Senior Exercise Time for AHOY Participants
  Age 55 and over
  Tuesdays - Thursdays 1:30-2:15 pm
  Must have submitted a registration and waiver form before participating.
• Junior Boxing
  Ages 12-18 can come and learn the fundamentals of the sport of boxing.
  Mondays - Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm
