Boot Camp
This 30-minute class has intervals of cardio and strength training for a total body workout.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a great form of yoga for beginners or those wanting to focus on a gentle practice. The poses are adaptations of asanas in modern yoga.

Full Body/Strength
This 30-minute class will help increase your muscular strength to improve your range of motion and balance using hand weights and rubber tubing for resistance.
Tuesdays, 5:30-6 pm (Ages 18+) - Smith
Hula Hoop Class
This fun class incorporates dance and fluid movements to strengthen your core and back. Exercise hula hoops are provided.
Saturdays, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm (Ages 18+) - Trotter
Line Dancing
Exercise your body and mind while dancing to modern, upbeat music and having fun.

Pilates
This whole-body workout strengthens your core, improves posture, and provides increased flexibility and energy.

SAIL Balance Class (Staying Active and Independent for Life)
SAIL is a strength, balance, and fitness program for those wanting to stay active and reduce their risk of falling. SAIL meets the Administration for Community Living's criteria for the highest level of evidenced-based health promotion program.

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention
This class features a series of movements, which can improve balance, prevent falls, and are easy and safe for people with arthritis to learn.

TaiRoGa®
TaiRoGa® has a Tai chi-style warmup, 30 minutes of moderate aerobics for your heart, and yoga for the cool down. Enjoy a full body workout, stretch, and
relaxation in just one hour. An "express" class is 45 minutes on Wednesdays.

Yoga on the Mat
This class is performed on a mat on the floor and uses mindfulness in stretches and postures to improve range of motion, balance and your overall health.
