You may pay any City of Greensboro bill at the Collections Office, Room 11 on the Upper Ground Level of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St., or at the Kitchen Operations Center, 2602 S. Elm-Eugene St. Credit card payments are accepted at these locations.

Hours of both buildings are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. 

Housing loan payments are also accepted at both the Collections Office at the Melvin Municipal Office Building and the Kitchen Operation Center. Or, you may mail your payment to:
