Congratulations to the 2024-25 recipients of the Sustaining Creativity: Community Partnerships Grant! Fifteen local arts and cultural nonprofits will receive a total of $285,000 in funding to support general operations, enabling them to deliver programs that foster community and enhance Greensboro as a vibrant place to live and work.

The Sustaining Creativity: Community Partnership Grants program represents a substantial increase in the City’s investment in our local creative economy. This funding builds upon the $1 million in annual in-kind support provided by the City to an additional 18 arts nonprofits located in the Greensboro Cultural Center.

Creative Greensboro is deeply appreciative of the valuable contributions these arts, culture, and creative organizations make to our community, and we are proud to work alongside them to broaden their reach and impact. About

This program expands Creative Greensboro’s support of nonprofit organizations with a primary focus on creative programming and that are not already recipients of significant resources from the City of Greensboro. The program provides general operating support (as opposed to project specific funding) for qualifying nonprofit organizations. See Program Guidelines for more details including eligibility requirements.

Organizations approved for support will receive grant awards between $10,000-$25,000. Up to $300,000 is available to be awarded. Funding amounts are tiered and are capped according to organizational budget size.
