The Eugene Street parking deck sits on the corner of N. Eugene and Bellemeade streets. There are entrances and exits on Eugene and Bellemeade streets.

Parking is free after 6 pm entry until 9 pm. Payments are taken via credit or debit cards at the deck's entrance. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Cash payments may be made at the on-foot payment machine on the Bellemeade Street side of the deck.
