Stephanie Cobb-Winfrey with the Black Butterfly Swim Club of Winston-Salem, will discuss the purpose of the club, challenges for adult swimmers, and how to tackle the fear of water. Jerrah Harrison, a certified Water Safety Instructor, will discuss his teaching experiences. Ted Williams, a competitor in the Greater Greensboro Senior Games, will relate his swimming experiences and how he became interested in the sport.
