Arts and crafts workshops for children and teens ages 10-18 years old are taking place at the Windsor Recreation Center this summer from May until August. Those who join the workshops will be able to experiment with several different multi-media art projects.
Miss Kristen from the Vance Chavis Branch Library will provide supplies for children and teens to make Basquiat-inspired art journals. Learn how to use charcoals to draw graffiti art on paper, create geometric designs or dot mandalas with acrylics. Or use chalk paint to create a cityscape on a black canvas background. All supplies will be provided. Younger children should attend with an adult chaperone.
