The Greensboro City Council will participate in a special meeting on Monday, February 20, 2023, at 10 am in the Windows on Elm meeting space, 342 N. Elm St. The purpose of the meeting is to review the City's legislative agenda with members of the Guilford County Legislative Delegation. 

The delegation will use the Windows on Elm meeting space for other meetings on February 20 before and after its meeting with City Council.
