TaiRoGa® has a Tai chi style warmup, 30 minutes of moderate aerobics for your heart, and yoga for the cool down. Enjoy a full body workout, stretch, and relaxation in just one hour. An "express" class is offered at Trotter on Wednesdays that is 45 minutes long. No registration required. Open to anyone 18+.
