African American History Month Celebration at Central Library

  • CostFree

For African American History month we’re going to celebrate African culture with a Greensboro resident born in Africa! Our friend Yolanda will teach us about her native language and culture with "Iṣẹ́ Àgbẹ̀" (a popular Yoruba children’s song) and an Afrobeat dance party with Bino & Fino (a children’s cartoon popular in much of Africa). The party will also feature a storytime reading of Born on the Water by Nikole Hannah-Jones. You're invited to come and get your groove on!
