Join us as we discuss Golden Asro Frinks: Telling the Unsung Song, by former Greensboro City Council member Goldie Frinks Wells. Wells' biography tells the behind-the-scenes story of her father's role in the civil rights movement. Frinks, who died in 2004, was a native South Carolinian who spent much of his life in Edenton. During his lifetime, he was arrested 87 times for his civil rights activism.
