The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Session from 5:30-7 pm Wednesday, November 16, in the Plaza Level Conference Room, Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St.

The purpose of this session is for City staff to provide training to commissioners on contract zoning, conditional zoning, traffic impact studies, and other topics as appropriate. This training is for information purposes and will not include any items requiring a vote.
