Noted chef and Greensboro resident Tracy Furman provides affordable and tasty tips for healthy cooking in this session. Furman is the executive director of Triad Local First, a nonprofit organization that promotes local, independently-owned businesses. She is also the former owner of Greensboro restaurants Riva’s Trattoria and the Blue Spoon Café and is known for her Greensboro Farmers Curb Market fundraising breakfasts.
