This event, open to children, adults, and well-behaved dogs on leashes, is limited to 150 participants. Registration begins at 9 am, followed by the race at 10 am and an awards ceremony at 11:15 am. The race starts at the Wildlife Education Center and continues along the paved Atlantic and Yadkin Greenway. Prizes will be given to finishers in various categories.
