The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grant project for improvements to the Camp Joy building, creating accessible restrooms, shelters, revamping the marina and fishing areas, and the construction of a handicapped-accessible nature trail for people with special needs
