The Ride of Silence is an internationally coordinated event in which cyclists gather on the same date and time to honor fallen and injured cyclists. The ride, organized locally by BIG - Bicycling in Greensboro, will begin at the VF Corporation Headquarters and wind throughout Greensboro for six miles at no faster than 12 mph. The ride will be led by police and all riders are required to wear helmets.
