The NeighborWoods "Right Plant, Right Place" pilot program provides residents an opportunity to plant trees in areas where trees have been removed on public rights-of-way in the Westerwood and Southside neighborhoods as part of Duke Energy’s ongoing vegetation management work. The City’s goal is to plant two trees for every one tree removed by Duke Energy. To volunteer, call 336-373-2199.
