Join the YMCA of Greensboro and their ACE Certified Personal Instructors 5k prep class! Every Saturday through September 21 you'll engage in interval training, strength exercises, and more. The class also includes two free Fit 3D scans and a discounted rate off the 15th Annual Downtown Greenway Run and Block Party on September 28.
