Are you passionate about sustainability and water conservation? Want to turn rainwater into a valuable resource you can use around the house? Join the Water Resources and Parks and Recreation Departments for an exciting DIY Rain Barrel Workshop, where you’ll learn to build your own rain barrel and learn a bit about how to use drip irrigation systems as a rain barrel feature! We'll give away 10 free rain barrels during the event. Participants must bring their own work garden gloves.
