Greensboro Playwrights Forum’s “Evening of Short Plays No. 42” returns April 4-7 in the Stephen D. Hyers Theatre at the Greensboro Cultural Center!
“Evening of Short Plays No. 42” will feature eight new plays, each written by a member of the Greensboro Playwrights Forum. The program, now in its 28th year, provides local actors a fun performance opportunity and the chance to be a part of the development of new work.

- “Wannabe,” by Shelley Stolaroff Segal, directed by Johnathan Crow
Join us at 7 pm, April 4-6 and 2 pm, April 7, with the Friday, April 5, performance featuring a talk back with the playwrights and production team after the performance. Admission is by a suggested donation of $10 at the door in the Greensboro Cultural Center, located in downtown at 200 N. Davie St.
Creative Greensboro’s drama programming provides the community opportunities to participate in all aspects of live theater, from auditioning, casting, rehearsals, stage management, and performance. The program emphasizes process over product and provides experiential learning while showcasing quality productions and having fun.
