Calling all developers and homebuilders! Check out available development opportunities at a Willow Oaks Open House. The event is from 5:30-7:30 pm Thursday, January 18, at the Willow Oaks Community Center, 700 Bingham St.

City staff will be on hand to answer questions about the process of developing property on City-owned land in this Greensboro neighborhood. Participants will be able to review a full inventory of available properties and see the land firsthand.

This is the second neighborhood open house the City’s Planning Department is conducting for developers and homebuilders. The first was for the Ole Asheboro neighborhood on January 4.
