On this National Domestic Violence Awareness Day, and the City and Family Justice Center come together for programming at Governmental Plaza. Individuals are asked to wear purple on this day to show support for and solidarity with those impacted by domestic violence. From 12 noon to 2 pm and again from 6-7 pm, residents are encouraged to participate in an interactive tribute to those who have experienced domestic violence.
