Miss Kristen invites babies and toddlers, ages 0-5, and their adults to a free nighttime storytime called "Nighttime Books and Bubbles for Babies & Toddlers" at the Vance Chavis Branch Library every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The event includes book reading, bubble popping, songs, and rhymes. Children get to participate in reading a book while parents get to socialize during playtime. The event is an opportunity for children to develop social skills and for parents to learn early literacy skills. All are welcome, including new parents.
