We are excited to partner with our good friends at the YMCA of Greensboro to offer a weekly Mind and Body class series. For eight weeks, skilled instructors from the YMCA will guide relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness classes for all skill levels.
September 7 through 28 we will meet at Lake Higgins. October 5 through 26 we will meet at Country Park.
This a free class, but you must bring your own mat. No registration is required.
