Several Streets Closed September 17 for Race

Several City streets will be closed to vehicle traffic from 8 am to 5 pm Sunday, September 17, due to the Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Conference Triathlon. Affected streets are:

  • Townsend Road from Bryan Park Road to the marina entrance
  • Bryan Park Road from Townsend Road to Summit Avenue
  • Corporate Park from Bryan Park to approximately 6106 Corporate Park
  • Lake Herman Drive between Technology Drive and Corporate Park Drive
  • Technology Drive between Lake Herman Drive and Bryan Park Road.
Motorists are reminded that an officer’s hand and arm signals take precedence over other traffic control devices.
