Oka T. Hester Park hosts a World Refugee Day celebration from 12 noon to 4 pm Saturday, July 16. The event features a soccer tournament, music and dance from cultures from around the world, a potluck picnic, refugee arts and crafts, a children's play area, and an honors ceremony.
