Greensboro Emergency Management is a fire department function that works closely with Guilford County Emergency Management to create frameworks and plans within the City of Greensboro to reduce our vulnerability to hazards and cope with disasters.  Greensboro Emergency Management utilizes an All-Hazards Response model to assure our community is prepared for the wide variety of incidents and disasters we may face.

Preparedness Training

Special Preparedness Training is available to communities, places of business, and organizations at request through the Greensboro Fire Department and/or the Greensboro Police Department. You may also call the Greensboro Emergency Management for additional information and requests.
