America's highways have more self-driving autonomous cars than ever...and the numbers are increasing annually. This workshop will teach students how engineers design and code sensors to detect when other cars or humans are in unsafe conditions.
This activity involves authentic engineering, building and coding of the electronics and sensor. This STEM project-based learning is fun, self-paced and engaging with online video tutorials and easy-to-follow instructions. No prior experience is necessary! This program is for middle and high school students.
