Route 2 - Four Seasons - Serving Carolina Theatre, Four Seasons Town Centre, Joseph S. Koury Convention Center, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, NC Works Career Center, Coliseum Shopping Center, Industries of the Blind and Glenwood Branch Library/Recreation Center.
Route 3 - North Elm/Church Street - Serving Blandwood Mansion, Grasshoppers baseball stadium, Fisher Park, Greensboro Kidney Center, Guilford County Mental Health Department, Guilford County Courthouse, Melvin Municipal Office Building, Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, and North Elm Village Shopping Center.
Route 4 - Martin Luther King Jr. Drive / Benbow Road / Willow Road - Serving Vance Chavis Branch Library, Hayes-Taylor YMCA, Gateway Gardens, Barber Park, Benbow Professional Center, Joint School of Nanoengineering, and Alamance Crossing Shopping Center.
Route 5 - Gorrell Street - Serving Bennett College, Guilford County Schools Administrative Offices, Vance Chavis Branch Library, and Windsor Recreation Center.
Route 6 - Summit Avenue - Serving American Red Cross, Center City Park, Lebauer Park, Cultural Arts Center, Greensboro Children's Museum, Guilford County Department of Social Services, Greensboro Historical Museum, Greensboro Central Library, Greensboro Sportsplex, Hospice of Greensboro, and Walmart - Pyramids Village.
Route 7 - Friendly Avenue - Serving Center City Park, LeBauer Park, Friendly Shopping Center, The Shoppes at Friendly, Friends Homes West, Tannenbaum Historic Park, Elon University School of Law, Guilford College, Guilford Mental Health Department, Greensboro College, Guilford County Courthouse, and Wesley Long Community Hospital.
Route 8 - Battleground Avenue - Serving Center City Park, LeBauer Park, Guilford Mental Health Department, Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Tannenbaum Historic Park, Elon University School of Law, Westridge Square Shopping Center, and Walmart - Battleground.
Route 8 Express - Battleground Avenue (Beginning April 14) - Will mirror the above route on Outbound trips. Inbound, Route 8 will offer non-stop service between Grimsley High School and the Depot. The stops at Friendly/Westover Terrace, Friendly/Aberdeen, Market/Tate, Market/Mendenhall, Market/College Place, Market/Cedar, Market/Edgeworth and Market/Courthouse will be served by Routes 7 and/or 9.

Route 11 - Gate City Boulevard - Serving Urban Ministries, Industries of the Blind, Greensboro Coliseum Complex, Greensboro Aquatic Center, Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau, and GTCC-Jamestown.
Route 12 - South Elm-Eugene Street - Serving Union Square, Guilford Child Development Center, Elmsley Square Shopping Center, J. Edward Kitchen Operations Center, and GTA Operations Facility and Administrative Offices.
Route 12A - Southtown Connector - Serving Benchmark Square, Hemphill Branch Library, Holden Crossing, Elmsley Square (Walmart), Four Seasons Town Centre, Wet N' Wild Emerald Pointe, and connections with GTA Routes 2, 12 and 13. This is the only GTA route that does not serve the J. Douglas Galyon Depot.

Route 15 - Yanceyville Street / Brightwood School Road - Serving Greensboro Cultural Center, Greensboro Central Library, Greensboro Children's Museum, Greensboro Historical Museum, American Red Cross, Department of Social Services, Swann Middle School, Brightwood Elementary School, Hospice of Greensboro, and Cove Creek Gardens.
